i turn complexity into clear, scalable learning.
curriculum | certification | learning operations
TrunkSubmittal Certification Track
one track, built end to end
One certification track built end to end for Trunk Tools' AI-Enabled GC program — module storyboard, sample assessment, and certification tracker, grounded in the company's real product and a real customer deployment.
built for a blended model: video, quiz, live session
storyboarded module with on-screen text and narration script
scenario-based assessment with a live-session rubric
trained → used in workflow → assessed, shown as a trackable record
flux
knowledge infrastructure, built to keep pace
Flux is a fictional, fast-moving B2B SaaS company — an AI code review tool that turns pull requests into plain-language summaries for PMs, CSMs, and execs. Multiple releases a month, one learning person trying to keep up.
The Current: a living source of truth, pulled straight from engineering's own docs
The Grid: 22 content blocks, each one feeding a course, an article, a Slack message, an email
The Pulse: live dashboard tracking freshness and engagement across every channel — watch a release update the whole system in real time
coins cx
a self-sustaining system for customer experience
COINS is a fictional fintech company — stablecoin-powered card infrastructure that lets partners launch Visa and Mastercard programs settled in USDC instead of fiat. Single integration, daily onchain settlement, compliance handled at the platform level. Think Stripe, for stablecoin cards.
The CX system built to support it:
Onboarding — new agents to certification eligibility in weeks
Tier structure — progression with real standards behind it
QA-driven loop — catches content gaps before they spread
Reporting — live view of where every agent stands
Three pieces, one system.
no lms yet? no problem!
I've duct-taped enough LMS platforms to know how to build one that doesn't need it. Enrollments, cohorts, certification tracking, reporting — the operational work that keeps people moving through on schedule, not just the curriculum that sits inside it.
And I don't stop at the LMS. I design the systems around it, so content stays current as products change and one person can keep it running.

— Current Manager, latest Performance Reviewi don’t wear many hats. I see through multiple lenses.
Research taught me how people learn. Deploying technology forced me to scale it. Developing technical content pushed me to simplify it.
I bring all three of these viewpoints into building learning ecosystems that actually work.
