a self-sustaining system for performance
COINS is a fictional fintech company — stablecoin-powered card infrastructure that lets partners launch Visa and Mastercard programs settled in USDC instead of fiat. As COINS scales, it runs into the question every fast-growing company eventually asks: how do you get new people to real impact fast, and make your best people dramatically better, without slowing down to do it.
This case study is the system built to answer that: onboarding that gets every new hire to meaningful impact in weeks, not months; a certification structure that turns one expert's tacit knowledge into curriculum anyone can learn from; a QA-driven feedback loop that catches skill gaps before they harden into patterns; and live reporting so nobody's ever guessing where a person — or the program itself — actually stands.
Three sample pieces: an onboarding course that gets new hires to impact fast, a full learning strategy connecting diagnosis, curriculum, and measurement end to end, and an LMS mockup built to hold the whole system together.
nobody asked. i built it anyway.
I taught myself GitHub and Netlify to build and deploy this site myself — no template service, no dev hired. I hit real errors along the way and duct-taped my way through them, one broken build at a time. Nobody asked me to do it this way. I wanted the infrastructure itself to hold together the way I'd design a learning system to hold together — a little scrappy, still standing.

— Current Manager, latest Performance Reviewi don’t wear many hats. I see through multiple lenses.
Research taught me how people learn. Deploying technology forced me to scale it. Developing technical content pushed me to simplify it.
I bring all three into diagnosing where a person or team is stuck — and building the system that gets them unstuck, on a timeline the business can feel.I bring all three of these viewpoints into building learning ecosystems that actually work.
